Spalted beechwood eating spoon

From a Beech tree felled in Tynedale, Northumberland. This lovely handcarved wooden spoon is light and sit comfortably in the hand. It is carved from spalted wood which adds to its beauty.

A lovely piece to use every day. It will develop its own patina over the years as it becomes a part of your life.

Each spoon is individually made and there will never be another one quite like it.

It is finished with Walnut oil.

The spoon is 7 inches (18cm) long, and 2 inches (5cm) wide.

Wash gently in warm water, do not leave it soaking in water or wash in dishwasher.
